An established private domiciliary care service is recruiting an experienced Registered Branch Manager to lead a busy and growing branch in the Blackpool area. This is a commercial, hands-on management role suited to a confident home-care leader who understands both CQC compliance and the financial drivers behind a successful domiciliary care business. The service delivers private, self-funded domiciliary and live-in care and is already operating at 200+ hours per week, with strong foundations in place for further growth.

  • Lead, manage and develop a team of care professionals delivering high-quality home care
  • Grow care hours, private client referrals and live-in care packages
  • Drive local marketing, networking and business development activity
  • Maintain full compliance with CQC standards, policies and audits
  • Oversee branch performance, staffing, quality, and commercial outcomes
  • Work closely with senior management and quality teams

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Branch Manager in domiciliary care
  • Strong working knowledge of CQC compliance within a home-care setting
  • Commercially minded with the ability to grow hours and revenue
  • Confident leading busy services and managing competing priorities
  • Ambitious, driven and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment

Nice to have:

Experience working with private/self-funded clients

What we offer:
  • Performance-related bonus up to £10,000 per year
  • Established branch with existing care hours and team in place
  • Onsite parking and access to local amenities
