A well-established domiciliary care service delivering around 2,500 care hours per week is seeking an experienced Registered Branch Manager to lead the branch as part of its ongoing growth and quality improvement plan. The service is predominantly commissioned by Local Authorities and has a strong, fully staffed office team already in place. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate, compliance-focused leader who wants to drive high-quality home care and support an already well-functioning team.
Job Responsibility:
Lead the day-to-day operations of a busy domiciliary care branch
Ensure full compliance with CQC standards, internal policies, and quality frameworks
Maintain and improve service quality across all care delivery
Oversee a small Extra Care scheme alongside the home care provision
Support with recruitment, staff development, and workforce planning
Work closely with an on-site Operations Manager for daily operational support
Embed robust governance, reporting, and quality assurance processes
Build strong relationships with Local Authorities and other key stakeholders
Drive continuous improvement and maintain strong service performance
Manage a smooth transition through a handover period with the existing manager
Requirements:
Experienced Registered Manager within domiciliary care
Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, audits, and governance
Proven ability to maintain high compliance standards
Confident leader with excellent communication and people-management skills
Ability to support and positively influence a well-established team
Passion for delivering safe, person-centred home care
Organised, proactive, and able to drive service improvement
