Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced Regional Visual Merchandiser to bring creativity and consistency to our stores across Victoria, including large-format locations. This full-time role reports to the National VM Co-ordinator and involves regular travel in and around Melbourne occasional travel regional stores.

Job Responsibility

  • Execute VM plans and maintain high standards in-store and in windows
  • Support and train store teams through workshops and one-on-one sessions
  • Create and photograph impactful visual displays
  • Manage VM for catalogues, major events, new store openings, and refurbishments
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities
  • Provide feedback and updates to the National VM team
  • Solve challenges creatively during VM implementation

Requirements

  • Proven retail VM experience and a passion for homewares
  • Creative flair, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Own vehicle and current driver’s license (interstate travel may be required)
