Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Regional Videographer & Content Creator. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Manchester. No previous property management experience necessary.

Job Responsibility:

  • Film and edit videos for a variety of projects
  • Ensure all video content adheres to our brand guidelines and objectives
  • Operate and maintain video equipment
  • Manage video files and maintain organised archives.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in operating DSLR cameras and additional equipment such as microphones, gimbals, and drones
  • Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Adobe Premiere
  • Exceptional video editing capabilities
  • Understanding of photography techniques
  • Ability to work creatively and collaboratively within a team
  • Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks effectively
  • Complete self starter
  • Highly organised
