This is an opportunity to lead a regional organization of significant size and to own a large P&L. Success requires high levels of leadership, problem solving, flexibility, and judgment.

Job Responsibility:

Lead an organization consisting of 4-6 Oak Street Health primary care clinics and a community outreach team
Have full accountability for an organization with a $40M+ P&L and over 100 team members
Build and lead a team of 8-10 direct reports, with the goal of exceeding our clinical outcome metrics, patient acquisition, and profitability goals
Business development with local health care providers, health plans, insurance agencies, etc to accelerate outcomes and growth
Innovate on care delivery model to account for local population and provider dynamics
Become part of the community - build relationships with collaborating providers and community organizations
Partners with medical director(s) to build a collaborative and effective provider culture, focused on delivering outstanding patient care
Help develop and implement Oak Street’s top strategic priorities
Lead opening of new clinic locations
Collaborate with your colleagues to share best practices across regions
Support and build Oak Street Health’s mission driven culture

Requirements:

Demonstrated leadership of high-performing teams
History of taking on and beating hard problems
Incredible levels of tenacity, empathy, and energy
Outstanding communication skills
Willingness to roll up sleeves to get the job done
Dedication to our mission and values
Exceptional professional background in one or more of: health care provider operations, managing independent physician groups, health plan operations, or professional services
Advanced degree required (MBA, MD, JD, MHA, etc)
US work authorization
