As a Regional Vice President, you will lead high-level sales efforts to build and grow a substantial portfolio of enterprise customers across the United States, with strategic cross-border opportunities in Mexico. This role is responsible for landing new customers and expanding existing accounts while selling the company’s full logistics portfolio, including brokerage, assets, and warehousing solutions.
Job Responsibility:
Target and close new enterprise-level customers
Grow and maintain a large book of business
Sell brokerage while leveraging assets and warehousing solutions
Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, pricing, and account management
Own the sales process from prospecting to close
Maintain a strong pipeline and provide accurate forecasts
Work closely with a dedicated Account Manager supporting your book of business
Be ready to take on complicated logistics challenges, be creative with industry knowledge, and deliver creative outcomes for all types of shipping challenges in today’s environment
Requirements:
3–5 years of high-level brokerage sales experience
Proven success managing and growing enterprise accounts
Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Highly organized, self-motivated, and process-driven
Ability to work across teams, including partnering with existing sales base, pricing, and operations
Proven track record with selling and developing transportation services to a variety of customers in different industries
Strong knowledge of the sales cycle from original negotiations to contracting and implementation
Genuine passion for selling and being part of a winning team
