Regional Trainer - North Area

As an M&S Opticians Trainer, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality training programs to support our colleague development across the business. You will facilitate training sessions both remotely and in-store, assess learner performance, and provide constructive feedback to help employees grow. You will also collaborate with store and area managers to embed learning, enhance performance, and ensure training materials remain relevant.
