Requirements:
Graduate in Mechanical/Electrical
7+ years experience
Preferably Facility Background
Good in Communication
Experience managing a facility
Experience managing commercial contracts and budgets
Goal-oriented
Ace in health and safety requirements
Ace in vendor management
Ace in property technical systems management
Self-motivated
Quick-thinking
Able to solve problems using quantitative methods and holistic approaches
