Requirements:
Graduate in Mechanical/Electrical
7+ years experience
Preferably Facility Background
Good in Communication
Experience managing a facility
Experience managing commercial contracts and budgets
Goal-oriented
Ace in health and safety requirements, vendor management and property technical systems management
Self-motivated and quick-thinking
Well-organised
Plan tasks in advance
