Job Description:

We are seeking a forward-thinking and strategic Regional Talent Management Manager to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for driving talent strategies across the region, focusing on leadership development, succession planning, performance enablement, and employee engagement. As part of a multinational organization, you will partner closely with regional and global HR teams to identify, develop, and retain top talent — ensuring a strong and sustainable leadership pipeline that supports the company’s long-term growth.

Job Responsibility:

  • Design and execute regional talent management strategies aligned with global and business objectives
  • Partner with senior leaders and HRBPs to identify key talent, assess readiness, and develop succession pipelines for critical roles
  • Lead annual talent reviews and ensure consistent calibration and reporting across markets
  • Drive leadership development initiatives, from emerging leader programs to senior leadership coaching
  • Collaborate with global COEs and external partners to design impactful learning interventions
  • Monitor program effectiveness and recommend continuous improvements based on feedback and data insights
  • Support the regional rollout of performance management frameworks and tools
  • Build capability across the organization by fostering a culture of feedback, growth, and performance excellence
  • Partner with HRBPs to ensure talent and performance discussions translate into concrete development actions
  • Champion initiatives that strengthen engagement, inclusion, and career progression
  • Analyze employee data, engagement survey results, and turnover trends to recommend retention strategies
  • Act as a regional liaison between country HR teams and global talent centers of excellence
  • Ensure alignment and consistency in implementing global talent programs across all markets in the region

Requirements:

  • 8-12 years of HR experience
  • At least 5 years specializing in Talent Management or Leadership Development, preferrably in a regional role
  • Prior experience working in a multinational environment is compulsory
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate talent strategies into measurable outcomes
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Data-driven, analytical mindset with familiarity in HR analytics and talent metrics
