Job Responsibility

Build extensive knowledge of the Lettings and Sales functionality of Reapit and, where used, Qube MRI
Write system courses, including system introductions and role-specific modules
Schedule and deliver a minimum of two new-starter courses and two role-specific courses per month in each of your two regions
Work with the M&A team to ensure staff joining via acquisition attend relevant courses and receive ongoing local system support
Collaborate with the wider Operations team to review audits and compliance findings and identify gaps requiring training
Work with counterparts across the group to share best practices and training materials
Maintain accurate training records for all system users
Identify and implement methods to improve operational efficiencies while minimising risk
Perform any other duties as required to ensure the smooth running of the group
Undertake any other duties as reasonably required
