Now, we’re happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team a Regional System Trainer. Reporting into the Head of Operations you will be responsible for training regional teams on effective use of the CRM systems used across group. This role is based in Manchester and we are offering up to £35,000 pa.

Job Responsibility:

  • Build extensive knowledge of the Lettings and Sales functionality of Reapit and, where used, Qube MRI
  • Write system courses, including system introductions and role-specific modules
  • Schedule and deliver a minimum of two new-starter courses and two role-specific courses per month in each of your two regions
  • Work with the M&A team to ensure staff joining via acquisition attend relevant courses and receive ongoing local system support
  • Collaborate with the wider Operations team to review audits and compliance findings and identify gaps requiring training
  • Work with counterparts across the group to share best practices and training materials
  • Maintain accurate training records for all system users
  • Identify and implement methods to improve operational efficiencies while minimising risk
  • Perform any other duties as required to ensure the smooth running of the group

Requirements:

  • Extensive knowledge of Lettings and Sales CRM systems
  • Minimum of 3 years’ Sales and/or Lettings experience
  • Proven experience in delivering effective training
