Compass Associates is working on a confidential basis with an established provider in the recruitment of a Regional Support Manager covering the South West. This is an exciting opportunity to join a respected operator at a key point in their regional development. The successful candidate will work closely with the wider leadership team to support a group of services across the region. The role is varied, fast-paced, and offers genuine scope to make an impact across multiple sites.
