Job Description

Compass Associates are proud to be working with a growing, family-run care provider to recruit a Regional Manager to oversee a small portfolio of residential homes across Kent. This is a newly created position, designed to support and strengthen leadership across three care homes located between Dover and Maidstone. The role will act as a "manager of managers," working closely with Home Managers to drive performance, ensure compliance, and maintain high standards of care across the group.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of CQC regulations and compliance
  • Proven ability to lead and support management teams
  • Experience managing staffing, performance, and operational challenges
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between services
  • Proactive, hands-on leadership style

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in a Regional / Peripatetic Manager role
  • Experience supporting services rated Requires Improvement
  • Exposure to both residential and learning disability services
