REGIONAL SUPPORT MANAGER - CHILDREN'S RESIDENTIAL Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire Region £60,000 per annum Full Time | 37.5 Hours An exciting opportunity for an experienced Regional Support Manager to support children's residential homes across the Staffordshire region. You will provide operational leadership, interim management cover, coaching, mentoring, and audits to ensure homes remain safe, stable, therapeutic, and Ofsted compliant for young people aged 8-17 with EBD needs. The role is ideal for a strong leader within children's residential care who can support teams through periods of change, drive service improvement, and maintain high standards of care.
