We are recruiting on behalf of a family-run provider of premium nursing homes across Kent, seeking a Regional Support Manager to support and elevate a growing portfolio of homes. Job Responsibility

  • Champion outstanding clinical practices across the portfolio, providing expert guidance and fostering innovative approaches to care delivery
  • Ensure every home consistently delivers personalised, top-tier care that meets residents’ individual needs
  • Collaborate with Home Managers of underperforming services to design and implement action plans, achieving quality and compliance goals
  • Guide Home Managers on policies and regulatory standards, ensuring full compliance with company procedures and industry regulations
  • Support the development and execution of Service Improvement Plans, promoting continuous quality enhancement across all homes

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse (RGN / RMN / RNLD) with a current registration
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Home Manager in high-performing homes
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality care, evidenced by positive CQC inspections
  • Strong leadership, mentoring, and team development skills
  • In-depth knowledge of care home regulations and legislation, ensuring compliance and best practices
