Job Description:

Compass Associates is partnering with a valued client to recruit a Nurse Qualified Regional Support Manager. Our client operates a portfolio of luxury elderly care homes across the UK and is seeking an experienced professional to work closely with the Regional Director, providing leadership and operational support across homes in Hampshire, Dorset, Wiltshire & Devon.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide both operational and clinical support across multiple elderly nursing homes
  • Collaborate with the Regional Director to drive regional performance and standards
  • Support Home Managers and step in as acting Home Manager when required
  • Enjoy autonomy over your region while contributing to a growing and dynamic organisation

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with an active NMC PIN
  • Experience in the elderly nursing home sector
  • Willingness to travel regularly, including overnight stays
  • Full driving licence and access to your own vehicle

Nice to have:

  • Experience as a Regional or Peripatetic Support Manager, or a minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Home Manager
  • A strong track record with CQC inspections and ideally experience in turnaround and troubleshooting operations
  • Knowledge of the self-pay care market
  • A passion for delivering outstanding care and operational excellence
