We are looking for an IT / OT Regional Support Engineer (Mid–Senior Level) to support and maintain IT and OT infrastructure across the Asia Pacific region. This role is based in Indonesia and will support multiple APAC sites, primarily through remote support, with limited on-site activities when required. This position is open to mid-level engineers with strong hands-on experience as well as senior engineers, who are ready to take broader responsibility in a regional environment, working closely with global and regional IT teams.
Job Responsibility
Provide IT and OT infrastructure support for APAC sites, mainly remote
Handle escalated and complex technical issues related to infrastructure
Support and participate in regional IT/OT infrastructure projects
Ensure consistency, stability, and performance of network, server, and endpoint environments
Collaborate with Global Service Desk, vendors, and Regional IT teams
Maintain technical documentation and support knowledge sharing initiatives
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure or related roles
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Strong hands-on experience with networking, servers, endpoints, and Microsoft 365
Experience handling complex issues or escalation (L2+/L3 exposure)
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Good English communication skills (written and spoken)
Based in Indonesia. Gresik preferred Karawang location considered
