Regional Support Coordinator - Early Childhood Education and Care

We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and capable Regional Support Coordinator to join our ECEC team supporting OSHC services across the Macarthur region on a fixed-term basis. This dynamic role plays a key part in ensuring high-quality, compliant and responsive service delivery through operational support, workforce coordination and mentoring of educators and service leaders. The Regional Support Coordinator provides leave backfill across Coordinator and Responsible Person roles, supports recruitment and onboarding activities, and assists services with rostering, workforce planning, compliance, audits and continuous improvement initiatives. The role also works closely with Coordinators and educators to strengthen child-centred, play-based practice aligned with the National Quality Framework, EYLF and My Time, Our Place.
