Job Description:

Do you enjoy working outdoors and being part of a team? If so, we have a great opportunity for you to progress your career in a Regional Supervising position within our Lead Replacement department. This position is regional and would ideally suit someone who lives in Bath or the surrounding area.

Job Responsibility:

  • Supervising construction teams and operatives to carry out a variety of projects
  • Assist the Site Manager to ensure we meet required standards in accordance with safety, quality, time and cost policies
  • Liaise with both internal departments and external customers to ensure all site activities meet requirements and stakeholder needs
  • Ensure that construction teams and operatives comply with health and safety best practices
  • Use laptop to provide updates and ensure compliance with safe systems of work

Requirements:

  • Good knowledge and understanding of water main replacement techniques
  • Good leadership skills and proven experience in coordinating and leading teams
  • Ability to communicate with customers and clients
  • Excellent computer skills with a good understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent health and safety knowledge
  • Full and valid driving licence
