Regional Supervisor – Prairies East

• Collaborate closely with the Client Representative to ensure project activities are delivered in accordance with established governance processes, contractual requirements, and organizational standards
• Provide overall oversight of project schedules, budgets, and the successful delivery of planned milestones and deliverables
• Monitor quality performance and address instances of non-conformance through timely corrective actions
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance practices that ensure the integrity and consistency of project deliverables
• Coordinate and allocate personnel and other resources to support special projects and operational priorities identified by the Project Manager
• Support the implementation and administration of employee security off-boarding procedures, ensuring compliance with organizational and contractual requirements
• Manage, support, and report on the On-the-Job Training (OJT) Program for Electronic Technicians, Team Leaders, and Regional Electronic Technical Specialists within the assigned region
• Plan and conduct annual quality audits for all assigned sites, including formal reviews, inspections, and evaluations to verify compliance with established standards
• Prepare and distribute regular operational and project status reports to senior management and client representatives, providing updates on project progress, quality, risks, and performance

• Post-secondary education in a relevant field is mandatory
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a security system technician, including the use of hand tools and MS Office
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in management, managing a small-to-medium-sized team
• Must qualify for a Government of Canada security clearance
• Must be professionally fluent in English
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Must have a current and valid driver's license
