Job Responsibility
Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities to expand market share in Malaysia
Conduct comprehensive on-site operational assessments to diagnose inefficiencies and architect customized automation solutions
Engage, influence, and build relationships with senior decision-makers across engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain functions
Manage complex, long-cycle B2B enterprise sales from initial discovery through proof of value to closing
Requirements
Minimum 4-5 years of proven experience in automation, robotics, intralogistics, or warehouse automation sales
Demonstrated track record as a successful sales hunter handling complex B2B solutions and long sales cycles
Strong technical aptitude with the ability to architect solutions based on operational data and productivity metrics
Direct experience engaging with manufacturing, logistics, FMCG, or semiconductor operational environments
