As our Regional Solution Sales Manager, you'll be a growth catalyst, fostering a collaborative environment and achieving ambitious sales targets.

Job Responsibility

  • To achieve against annual AOV and Revenue targets
  • To achieve regional product target for fixed (SDWAN, SDLAN, Fixed services) Unified Communications & Collaboration, device lifecycle management solutions, ICT solutions, Security, SASE, cloud solution and managed services
  • Produce and communicate all Trading detail for the region including SFDC compliance, MOM variance, league tables, analysis, and recommendations
  • Track and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify new growth opportunities and refine sales strategies
  • Ensure overall sales plan is delivered for the team including numbers, people, customer, and process
  • Personal involvement to win and retain large / complex accounts and develop / maintain strategic customer relationships at C level
  • Ensures Net Promoter Scores (NPS) for accounts are met / exceeded
  • Have intrinsic knowledge of customers sales cycles, evaluation criteria, and decision-making processes
  • Leads the opportunities driven by Solution Specialist team
  • Attracts and enables sales talents to grow by creating opportunities in sales team
  • Provides coaching and mentoring to ensure the best sales performance, account planning and management
  • Ensures Sales Teams are motivated, and that accounts and opportunities are allocated to maximize revenue growth
  • Ensures diversity and attrition targets within sales teams are met
  • Helps create new revenue streams from new products, via partnerships and by selling through accounts
  • Create specific sales initiatives for the region on each key product type to ensure appropriate actions are in place to hit product targets
  • Leader in internal communication with Sales Enablement, Propositions, Product and Commercial Marketing to ensure products launched in region or fit for purpose and can be sold via Specialist Sales Teams to drive revenue performance
  • Outstanding communicator able to motivate team, build beneficial customer relationships and able to convince internal stakeholders
  • Responsible for interactions at all levels with the region to ensure full alignment and support provided
  • Ensure appropriate training is provided to and completed by all team members and that these skills are applied in daily operations

Requirements

  • 10-15 years of demonstrably successful experience in solution sales with a proven track record of exceeding targets
  • Extensive experience in managing and leading high-performance solution sales teams (minimum 5 years)
  • Deep expertise in complex telecommunications solutions across SD-WAN, SASE, networking, UC&C (including Microsoft Teams), security, SD-LAN, and managed services
  • Proven ability to successfully design and deliver major telecommunications transformation programs exceeding $100 million
  • Experience in working with Banking & Financial Services, Manufacturing, Japanese, Chinese, Indian System Integrators, and the Australian market
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen
  • Expert in developing and executing regional sales strategy aligned with Vodafone Business overall business objectives
  • Domain expertise in mobile and fixed telecommunications and C level selling
