You will be responsible for managing indirect procurement categories such as IT, marketing, HR services, facilities management, professional services, and other corporate spend areas. The role requires strong stakeholder engagement, cost optimization initiatives, and supplier performance management.
Job Responsibility:
Manage end-to-end sourcing activities for indirect service categories
Develop and execute category strategies to achieve cost savings and value creation
Lead RFQs/RFPs, contract negotiations, and vendor selection processes
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers
Monitor supplier performance, KPIs, and contract compliance
Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
Ensure procurement governance and policy adherence
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field
3–5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in indirect categories
Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
Experience handling contracts and vendor management
Analytical mindset with strong commercial acumen
