Job Description:

The job involves full-cycle development and engagement of overseas clients, market research, and expanding the company's global market share through various sales and marketing strategies.

Job Responsibility:

Responsible for the full-cycle development and engagement of overseas clients, including customer acquisition, business negotiations, requirement coordination, project follow-up, on-site execution, and acceptance supervision to ensure successful project delivery
Develop, identify, and maintain agents in various countries
establish and manage an international distributor network to expand the company's global market share
Conduct research on overseas market demands, streamline product offerings for international markets, and optimize product promotion strategies to ensure alignment with market trends and customer needs
Identify and develop potential overseas customers and sales channels through both online and offline methods (including but not limited to social media, industry forums, and B2B platforms)
Participate in international exhibitions, industry summits, and other marketing events to enhance brand awareness, explore partnership opportunities, and support overseas project implementation
Maintain strong client relationships by providing pre-sales, in-sales, and post-sales support, improving customer satisfaction, and building long-term, stable partnerships
Collect and analyze market data, monitor industry trends and competitive dynamics, and provide strategic input for the company’s international expansion

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in International Trade, Marketing, Business English, Mechanical Automation, or related fields
Minimum of 5 years of experience in overseas sales of electronic equipment, or relevant experience in automation equipment, smart warehousing industry, or working at electronic equipment distribution companies
Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
must also be proficient in Chinese for business communication
Familiar with overseas market operations
capable of independently developing clients and agents
Strong cross-cultural communication skills, team collaboration, and the ability to work under pressure
must be willing and able to travel abroad as required
Solid market analysis and business negotiation skills
highly responsible with strong execution ability and results-oriented mindset

Nice to have:

Proficiency in an additional foreign language
Candidates with existing overseas customer resources or distribution channels are preferred
