The Regional Sales Partner works with elite academic institutions in the United States to provide digital primary source collections for the global research and academic community. Working closely with colleagues based across the UK and North America, you will work as an individual contributor, with strategic oversite of the assigned territory.
Job Responsibility:
Create and implement a sales strategy and tactical plan for your defined region whilst meeting or exceeding sales targets
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at long standing retention accounts, as well as building stakeholder relationships at underperforming accounts
Analyze sales metrics and market trends to adapt or modify sales strategies and approaches accordingly
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree with 2-3 years sales experience
Proven success in a sales role, with a customer focused attitude and ability to negotiate large and complex deals
Excellent negotiation, networking and consultative sales skills
To be a strong team player with the ability to build effective relationships quickly
