Job Responsibility:
Creating the sales regions business plan and execution of activities to reach targets
Accountable for reaching the sales region’s short term (18 month rolling) sales and business development targets including price management
Responsible to manage & develop the territory, including targeting companies and engaging technical decision makers for sales and opportunity development
Drive business intelligence activities including, but not limited to, competitor activities, pricing, market trends, and industry segment behavior
Manage and develop independent sales reps within the sales territory to optimize sales
Effectively follow up on leads and turn them into buying customers
Travelling 50% mostly in the East and Mid-West Regions of the US
Requirements:
More than 6 years of successful history in a high value sales management environment, preferably in the US market
