Job Responsibility:
Build a region you’re proud of – take ownership of existing accounts and develop new business
Be the trusted partner – advise customers on product ranges, solutions, and commercial opportunities
Grow strategic relationships – work closely with key decision-makers, distributors, and trade partners
Guide the commercial direction – analyse turnover, profitability, and market trends to shape your strategy
Stay close to the market – gather insights, monitor competition, and feedback to the wider team
Represent the brand – attend trade shows, support events, and deliver technical and product presentations
Requirements:
4+ years’ experience in B2B or automotive sales, ideally in a field-based role
Strong commercial and negotiation skills
Proven ability to build relationships and grow accounts
Technical aptitude and curiosity about commercial vehicle parts
Strong planning and organisational skills
Confident communicator who enjoys being customer-facing
Comfortable working autonomously and managing a large region
Full UK driving licence
