We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead and direct our field-based sales teams. The Regional Sales Manager will develop and execute sales plans, coordinating direct sales, distributor, and affiliate sales teams. This role is a key communication link between the sales team, sales management, and marketing. Reporting to the Assistant/Deputy/Regional Sales Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for meeting sales targets for assigned accounts within their territory. This is a Regional Sales Manager role requiring strong leadership and sales expertise.
Job Responsibility:
Collaborate with business associates and direct sales force to exceed sales targets
Implement business strategies into plans, targets, and forecasts
Achieve sales plan and profitability objectives
Report on results to management
Establish a monitoring system to ensure sales plan compliance
Provide direction and guidance on pricing
Give input on sales budgets
Work with Marketing to ensure sales tools availability
Coordinate participation in marketing events and CME programs
Understand customer needs and market potential to expand market share
Guide sales team to optimize sales opportunities
Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction
Manage customer orders and deliveries
Manage local inventory
Work with Credit Control to manage receivables
Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of experience in sales
Proven team management experience
Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
Bachelor's degree in science
Master's degree in business administration preferred
