Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead and direct our field-based sales teams. The Regional Sales Manager will develop and execute sales plans, coordinating direct sales, distributor, and affiliate sales teams. This role is a key communication link between the sales team, sales management, and marketing. Reporting to the Assistant/Deputy/Regional Sales Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for meeting sales targets for assigned accounts within their territory. This is a Regional Sales Manager role requiring strong leadership and sales expertise.

Job Responsibility:

  • Collaborate with business associates and direct sales force to exceed sales targets
  • Implement business strategies into plans, targets, and forecasts
  • Achieve sales plan and profitability objectives
  • Report on results to management
  • Establish a monitoring system to ensure sales plan compliance
  • Provide direction and guidance on pricing
  • Give input on sales budgets
  • Work with Marketing to ensure sales tools availability
  • Coordinate participation in marketing events and CME programs
  • Understand customer needs and market potential to expand market share
  • Guide sales team to optimize sales opportunities
  • Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Manage customer orders and deliveries
  • Manage local inventory
  • Work with Credit Control to manage receivables

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in sales
  • Proven team management experience
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
  • Bachelor's degree in science
  • Master's degree in business administration preferred
