Job Description:

The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) – is responsible for driving sales growth, developing client relationships, and managing business opportunities within the affordable housing sector. This role involves overseeing a regional sales team, implementing strategic sales initiatives, and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal housing regulations.

Job Responsibility:

Responsible for achievement of Disbursement targets allotted to the branch on Housing & mortgage Loans and insurance premiums
Responsible for the meeting the Weighted Average Yield target allotted to the branch
Responsible for Portfolio growth of the branch and retention of existing customers
Responsible for management of portfolio quality
Responsible for closure of outstanding post disbursal documentation
Handling chronic / delinquent accounts and initiating appropriate action for regularization of the loan

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, A master's degree is preferred
Proven experience in sales management in the housing finance or real estate sector
10 to 12 years of experience in Housing Finance company must
Strong exposure to affordable housing finance, mortgage lending, and secured loan products
Proven experience in credit risk assessment, underwriting, and portfolio management
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of affordable housing finance products and services
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
Willingness to travel within the designated region
