Job Responsibility

Drive Market Expansion: Lead efforts to grow the company’s presence across Asia, focusing on smart buildings, energy management, and digital solutions
Lead Generation: Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities through outreach, networking, and market analysis
Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and ongoing collaboration
Act as Liaison: Serve as the main point of contact between key clients/merchants and internal teams to ensure smooth communication
Market Analysis: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform business strategy
Proposal & Presentation Development: Prepare tailored proposals and presentations that address client needs and showcase company capabilities
Sales Negotiation: Lead negotiations and manage contract processes to close deals that align with company goals
Strategic Expansion Planning: Collaborate with operations leadership to develop pricing strategies and market entry plans
Cross-Department Collaboration: Coordinate closely with technical, product, and marketing teams to ensure alignment with business goals
Support Business Objectives: Contribute to broader company strategy by aligning regional sales efforts with overall organizational direction

Communicates sales plans and progress to Inside Sales and Sales Support personnel in writing in a timely manner to ensure proper support of account activity
