We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales team in New South Wales. As a Regional Sales Manager, your primary responsibility will be to develop, manage, and oversee all aspects of the sales process, aiming to achieve and exceed budget, profitability, and long-term business objectives. This role is pivotal in driving the success of our sales team and contributing to the growth of the business.
Job Responsibility:
Lead, manage, and coach the sales team towards the achievement of team and corporate goals within a service-focused environment
Establish quotas and goals, ensuring that sales projections are met through monthly monitoring of individual targets and completion of monthly sales reports
Build relationships with regional land agents and developers, handling all sales-related queries, escalations, and concerns from clients
Conduct regular site safety checks, inspections, and monitoring, implementing safe work practices
Conduct market research, competitor, and client surveys, build relationships with regional land agents and developers
Responsible for overseeing CRM functionality and utilization by the team
Requirements:
5-7 years’ experience in a sales management role in a related market (e.g., new home sales, land sales, development real estate)
Previous experience as high performing sales consultant withing the New Home Building Sector
Excellent knowledge of the new homes’ sales customer journey
Demonstrated success in sales development
Strong understanding of sales & marketing principles
Knowledge of Residential Housing Industry and Sales
