Job Responsibility:
Lead, coach and inspire a team of up to 10 Field Executives to deliver outstanding visibility, distribution and sales results
Develop performance standards through ongoing training, motivation and regular field accompaniments — spending at least one day with each team member every four weeks
Conduct in‑store audits every eight weeks per Field Executive to ensure brand standards are consistently met
Analyse results and call data to ensure KPIs are achieved and opportunities are maximised
Deliver engaging monthly team meetings packed with motivation, insights and development
Report directly to the Ireland National Field Sales Manager, providing updates on performance, opportunities and challenges
Requirements:
Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills
Strategic thinking and confidence analysing data
Knowledge of the grocery and convenience retail sector
Proven people management experience
A track record of taking initiative and delivering results
Commercial acumen and a passion for FMCG
Willingness to travel and stay away when required
Full clean Irish driving licence
