We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to spearhead our business development initiatives within the BFSI sector in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the BFSI landscape, a proven track record in software solutions sales, and fluency in Arabic to effectively engage with local clients.
Job Responsibility:
Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the BFSI sector, focusing on banks and financial institutions in KSA
Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, to promote our solutions and services
Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets
Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions and identify growth opportunities
Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery
Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and market feedback to senior management
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
10–15 years of sales experience in the software solutions domain, with a significant focus on the BFSI sector in KSA
Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken, is mandatory
Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools
Established connections within the BFSI industry in KSA, particularly with decision-makers and influencers
