Job Responsibility:
Executing regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
Identifying new business opportunities and expanding company's client portfolio
Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
Monitoring sales performance, tracking progress, and providing regular reports to senior management
Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies
Representing company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to promote our services
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in sales management, preferably in the transport, logistic or finance industry
Results-oriented with a strong focus on achieving sales targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationships
Experience in consultative sales based on identifying and solving customer problems
Willingness to travel within the region as needed
Knowledge of English at B2 level
Driving license (cat.B)
Nice to have:
Knowledge of the transport industry will be an added advantage
