As the Regional Sales Manager, you’ll shape and execute the Victorian sales strategy, win new business, and ensure the Allpress brand is represented with excellence in every interaction. This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving regional sales performance, developing a high-performing Business Development team, and building strong, long-term partnerships with new and existing customers.
Job Responsibility:
Lead, develop and inspire the VIC Sales Team
Coach, mentor and motivate Business Development Executives to achieve targets
Conduct performance reviews, regular 1:1s and development conversations
Identify capability gaps and support team training and upskilling
Recruit and onboard new team members with support from People & Culture
Foster a positive, collaborative and high-performance team culture
Ensure CRM discipline, high-quality admin, and accurate pipeline management
Drive regional sales growth
Proactively seek out and convert high-quality new business across Victoria
Build belief in the Allpress brand through consultative, values-led selling
Maintain a strong pipeline across single-site, multi-site and high-volume prospects
Guide BDEs in making commercially sound, brand-aligned decisions
Prepare compelling Sales Proposals tailored to customer needs
Identify new territories and market opportunities to expand Allpress presence
Assist with key tenders and strategic customer proposals
Partner cross-functionally to deliver a seamless customer experience
Work closely with Technical, Training and Customer Service teams on onboarding
Support equipment planning, installations and forecasting
Coordinate customer transitions during the three-month onboarding period
Lead change of ownership processes and ensure smooth café transitions
Champion exceptional service and brand alignment
Ensure that customer interactions reflect our values of quality, warmth and professionalism
Model the Allpress service ethos and support the team to deliver exceptional experiences
Build strong external networks and represent Allpress at industry events
Support a positive, safe and values-driven workplace
Actively contribute to Allpress and Asahi team initiatives and meetings
Promote collaborative communication and cross-team alignment
Maintain a safe, tidy and professional work environment
Requirements:
Experience in sales leadership, regional management or business development
A proven ability to coach and grow high-performing sales teams
Excellent communication, influencing and relationship-building skills
Strong commercial acumen and comfort managing pipelines, forecasts and KPIs
A proactive, solutions-focused approach with great planning capabilities
Passion for hospitality, specialty coffee and genuine customer connection
