Job Description

The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is an integral position within our growing Sales function, reporting directly to the Regional Sales Director. This role is primarily responsible for driving business development and establishing new private operator accounts, while also coordinating new product introductions across your assigned territory and prospect base. Operating in a fully remote capacity from the West Coast, you will collaborate closely with key internal stakeholders across Account Management, Implementations, Marketing, and Product Management to expand our footprint and transform urban mobility.

Job Responsibility

  • Prospect new business opportunities through proactive outreach and present tailored mobility solutions to prospects
  • Facilitate regular monthly, quarterly, and annual meetings to gather feedback, ensuring we continuously serve the evolving needs of our private operator accounts
  • Connect consistently with private operator accounts and prospects to showcase our innovative product features and functionality
  • Leverage customer relationship management tools daily to strategically plan meetings, track activities, and cultivate a robust pipeline of prospects
  • Collaborate cross-departmentally to participate in and coordinate the drafting of operator requests for proposals (RFPs) and competitive bids
  • Represent the company in diverse business development activities, including trade shows, industry conferences, regional travel, and the contracting/legal process

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience within the parking industry, with a focus on working alongside private operators
  • 2+ years of successful technology solutions sales experience, with a preferred background selling smart city technologies
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding annual sales quotas and performance targets
  • Proficiency with modern workplace tools, including Google Workspace, MS Office, Slack, Zoom, and Salesforce
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Willingness to travel 30%+ dynamically based on business and market development needs
