Regional Director / Regional Sales Manager role in Mumbai, Maharashtra. Permanent position in the Finance & Economics / Sales & Business Development category.
Job Responsibility:
Identify, develop, and close new sales opportunities for multi-level and automated parking systems
Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, developers, consultants, and government authorities
Promote the company’s products and services to target customers through presentations, meetings, and industry events
Manage regional key accounts in close collaboration with the National KAM from initial inquiry through project delivery
Ensure client satisfaction and long-term relationship development
Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support in collaboration with engineering teams
Develop and implement regional sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue and profitability targets
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform product and pricing strategy
Prepare detailed sales forecasts and pipeline reports, present during weekly sales review meetings with higher management
Coordinate with internal departments (engineering, project management, Installation, service) to ensure customer requirements are met
Oversee the commercial aspect of bids, tenders, and contract negotiations
Monitor project timelines and act as a point of escalation for issues
Lead the team of individual sales executives/ managers ensuring yearly targets are set, clearly communicated and agreed upon
Regular follow up with the local sales team ensuring the team meets the set target and provide necessary support required to close the deals and execute the contract in line with company policy
Possess strong understanding of project finances including but not limited to Revenue, cost, overhead
Ensure the contracts are negotiated to protect Wohr from financial exposure, legal compliance issues
Need to take complete ownership of entire sales team ensuring ontime collection of advances, material payments and all the processes required to clear the outstandings
