The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is responsible for driving strategic revenue growth, expanding market presence, and managing key strategic accounts across Egypt and the Levant. Aligned with PaxeraHealth’s mission and vision, the RSM leads the promotion and sales of advanced Enterprise Imaging solutions, including multi-ology PACS, AI and AI authoring platforms, VNA, archiving, and image-sharing technologies. This role emphasizes partner ecosystem development, enterprise-level solution selling, and long-term client relationship management to accelerate regional penetration and deliver sustainable growth.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and execute a comprehensive regional sales plan to achieve revenue targets and market-share objectives
Identify high-value opportunities within enterprise healthcare networks by engaging C-suite executives, clinical directors, and IT leadership
Lead full sales cycles—qualification, needs analysis, demonstration, proposal development, and deal closure—leveraging internal technical and executive support
Build and manage strong relationships with strategic accounts to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and multi-site expansion
Develop, enable, and manage channel partners and strategic alliances to support regional coverage and market penetration strategies
Conduct structured account governance, including business reviews, account plans, and long-term growth mapping
Generate consistent pipeline growth through outbound prospecting, rapid lead follow-up, and collaboration with marketing-driven campaigns
Deliver compelling remote and on-site product demonstrations tailored to clinical, operational, and IT decision-makers
Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline visibility, and sales reporting via Salesforce
Plan and optimize travel and field activities to maximize territory coverage and accelerate deal progression
Document and communicate all sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunity updates in a timely manner
Support regional events, trade shows, conferences, and sales exhibits, representing PaxeraHealth’s portfolio and value proposition
Maintain strong expertise in enterprise imaging, healthcare IT workflows, and emerging AI trends
Participate in ongoing product training, sales workshops, and market education programs
Monitor competitive activity and proactively address customer needs with differentiated solution offerings
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree of Biomedical Engineering or any equivilant degree
Minimum 12 years of successful field sales experience in Healthcare IT
Proven experience in partner management, key account management, and enterprise-level solution selling
Advanced sales methodology or professional sales training preferred
