This role is responsible for leading sales performance across East Malaysia and Brunei. The Regional Sales Manager will drive revenue growth, strengthen dealer and distributor networks, and execute regional sales strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve targets and KPIs
Drive revenue growth and market share across Sabah, Sarawak, and Brunei
Manage and strengthen relationships with dealers, distributors, and key accounts
Appoint, develop, and manage dealer and distributor networks
Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions when required
Identify new market opportunities and monitor competitor activities
Execute regional promotions, campaigns, and product launches
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
5–8 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
Experience managing dealer or distributor networks
Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Analytical, results-driven, and able to work independently
Willingness to travel extensively within the region
Nice to have:
Exposure to East Malaysia and/or Brunei markets is an advantage
