Job Description:

Regional Sales Manager to lead sales activity across the UK and Europe in the Leisure or Hospitality market

Job Responsibility:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve regional targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends
Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management
Attend industry events and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility

Requirements:

Proven experience in B2B sales
Experience working in the Hospitality or Leisure sector is essential
The ability to develop strategic relationships and drive revenue growth
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions around pricing and margins
Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer interactions
The ability to travel Globally for 1 week a month
