My client is a manufacturer of engineered products and systems that support the safe and efficient movement, control, and management of liquids across commercial, industrial, and infrastructure environments.
Job Responsibility
Lead and deliver regional sales performance across the Midlands, focusing on End User business within the industrial market
Develop and execute the regional sales strategy in line with company objectives, driving revenue and margin growth
Identify and secure new business and project opportunities
Manage key customer and distributor relationships
Act as the primary link between the company and its customers
Monitor pricing and profitability
Lead negotiations and tender submissions
Forecast regional performance
Ensure accurate CRM reporting
Work closely with internal teams to achieve commercial objectives
Requirements
Proven track record in regional or national sales management
Experience managing key accounts, distributors and customer relationships
Ability to identify and convert new business opportunities
Experience managing budgets, forecasts and performance metrics
Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
Analytical and strategic thinking capability
Working knowledge of technical or engineering products and terminology
Proficiency in CRM and sales reporting tools
Willingness to travel within the assigned region
Nice to have
Strong understanding of End User customers, ideally within the industrial sector
Experience in Valves, Instrumentation or Fluid Transport
Knowledge of supply chain processes and product specifications
Experience working within high performing sales team
Tender management and rebate negotiation experience
Broader understanding of competitor landscape and market trends
