A leading manufacturer of powered access equipment is seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to drive sales growth across Texas. This role will focus on developing new business, strengthening dealer and rental channel relationships, and maximizing market share in a rapidly expanding territory.
Job Responsibility:
Manage and grow sales across Texas with a focus on scissor lifts, boom lifts, and telehandlers
Develop strong relationships with rental companies, dealers, and major construction customers
Identify new opportunities and execute regional sales strategies to achieve targets
Provide product expertise, demos, and support to customers and partners
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
Deliver accurate forecasting and maintain CRM data
Requirements:
Successful track record in equipment sales, preferably powered access or related heavy equipment
Strong network within rental, construction, or industrial sectors
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable managing a large territory
