Job Responsibility:
Leading and coaching a team of Key Account Managers and Contract Sales/Specification Managers
Delivering ambitious volume growth targets across the region
Building and executing regional sales strategies aligned to wider business goals
Collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, Merchants, CDC and more
Managing your own portfolio of key accounts, developing senior relationships with national contractors, housebuilders, and large construction customers
Requirements:
Confident leading people and can balance support with stretch
Understands how to implement strategy and drive performance through others
Has strong commercial and collaborative instincts
Can take ownership of customer relationships at senior level and lead by example
Brings experience in a similar sales leadership or national account role – ideally within construction, coatings, or a related industry
Experience managing a field-based team and working with large, contractor-led accounts
