Job Responsibility:
Lead and support the Business Development Managers in your area
Implement strategic plans to achieve company sales targets
Identify new opportunities for business growth
Provide reports to senior management
Requirements:
Experience managing field sales reps/BDM's
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
A proven track record of achievement of targets and goals
Strong business sense and market knowledge
Using initiative and taking ownership to drive through results
Strong attention to detail and diligence
An ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively
Strong organisation and time management skills
