Seeking an experienced Life Science Sales Professional to sell our client’s line of immunoassay instrumentation and reagents for protein and biomarker research.
Job Responsibility:
Maintain and grow exisiting client base, as well as build new accounts through instrument placements
Strategically manage territory to optimize and grow revenue
Manage existing accounts and develop new business, selling capital equipment and reagents
Requirements:
BS in life science discipline
5+ years complex sales experience with proven track record
experience with both capital and reagent stream preferred
Strong business development and account management skills, with passion to grow a territory through expansion of existing accounts and prospecting for new business
Established relationships with decision makers in the region
Solid understanding of the drug discovery development process (pre-clinical and clinical)
Strategic territory management skills
Self-motivated, solid work ethic and achievement driven personality.
Nice to have:
Previous experience with any of the following application areas preferred: cell based assays, cytokine assays, immunoassays, Western blots, biomarker discovery
familiarity with SFDC a plus
