Auscol plays a critical role in the collection of source material for production of reduced carbon emissions biodiesel and Sustainable Aviation Fuel. As part of a GrainCorp end-to-end supply chain that sources and processes edible oils for use in in food production and food service, Auscol closes the loop by upcycling the subsequent Used Cooking Oil. Providing equipment, transport and service solutions for that collection and upcycling, Auscol works with an extensive customer base across metropolitan, regional and remote Australia. We supply storage tanks, operate a fleet of high-tech vacuum collection trucks, and maintain an unrivalled inland and portside processing and bulk storage network. Job Responsibility:
Lead a customer focused sales team to identify and secure new organic and profitable business growth opportunities
Lead a retention program to secure existing customers, and in particular larger volume customers through improved value propositions
Set sales strategies to maximise sales success and reporting of activities
Support and execute GrainCorp initiatives to deliver a best-in-class, streamlined experience for Auscol and wider Nutrition & Energy customers
Operate as part of the Nutrition and Energy leadership team to drive key sales, utilisation and profitability goals of the overall division
Contribute requirements to and support the delivery of a digital sales and services platform for Nutrition & Energy customers
Develop the NSW/ACT/QLD team and ensuring a high level of engagement is achieved
Requirements:
Experience within recycling, waste, FMCG, transport and/or service-related industries
Strong track record in sales, business development, retention activities, leadership
Ability to drive cultural change
Experience in the establishment, lead and implementation of winning bid strategies for all major opportunities
Experience owning and driving the development of unique and compelling value propositions to existing customers
Excellent negotiation and leadership skills
Excellent communication skills, written and oral
Strong experience in the development and delivery of high-quality customer proposals, presentations and formalising of agreements
Experience in leading, coaching and mentoring teams
Demonstrated hands on leadership, ability to have a degree of understanding in operational aspects of the business, including technical, logistics & asset management
Confidence and experience in internal and external stakeholder engagement at all levels, including customers, suppliers and contractors
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, particularly in high-pressure situations
Ability to build rapport at all levels (internally and externally)
