Job Description:

The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) – Aham Housing Finance is responsible for driving sales growth, developing client relationships, and managing business opportunities within the affordable housing sector. This role involves overseeing a regional sales team, implementing strategic sales initiatives, and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal housing regulations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Achievement of Disbursement targets
  • Meeting Weighted Average Yield target
  • Portfolio growth and retention of existing customers
  • Lead generation & management activities
  • Monitoring activities of Branch teams
  • Empanelment of direct sourcing agents
  • Planning & execution of marketing activities
  • Monitoring productivity of Branch teams
  • Housing loan file logins
  • Location visits for loan appraisal
  • Ensuring proper & complete documentation
  • Management of post sanction documentation
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Recruitment of branch teams
  • Training branch teams
  • Management of portfolio quality
  • Closure of outstanding post disbursal documentation
  • Handling chronic / delinquent accounts

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration
  • MBA preferred
  • 10 to 12 years of experience in Housing Finance company
  • Strong exposure to affordable housing finance, mortgage lending, and secured loan products
  • Proven experience in credit risk assessment, underwriting, and portfolio management
  • Age group: 32 to 40
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of affordable housing finance products and services
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Willingness to travel within the designated region
