Job Responsibility:
Set and Achieve Sales Objectives for the area through prospecting, qualifying, and selling products and services
Lead and Develop the Sales Team, providing day-to-day supervision, motivation, training, and performance evaluation for sales representatives
Manage Geographical Area and Commercial Plans, organizing the territory and contributing to the development of commercial plans for each customer
Engage with Key Accounts and KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) by conducting frequent medical visits and building effective business relationships with Health Care Partners
Implement Annual Sales Strategy by working closely with the Sales Director and other departments to achieve objectives
Manage Team Finances, overseeing and organizing the team budget and expenses
Monitor and Enhance Customer Satisfaction using key performance indicators and ensuring customer service programs are properly implemented
Gather Market and Competitive Intelligence and share reports with relevant internal teams
Ensure Regulatory Compliance with all relevant legislation (regulatory, legal, quality, etc.) within the area of responsibility
Collaborate Cross-Functionally with departments like customer service, marketing, and Business Intelligence (BI) for optimizing overall performance
Requirements:
At least 5 years of relevant experience
Ability to retain and develop a high-quality sales team
A deep understanding of the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Results-driven with exceptional attention-to-detail and knowledge around metrics
Bachelor's degree (BSc) in Business Administration or a relevant field
At least 5 years’ pharmaceutical area sales management experience
Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English languages
Computer Literacy (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
