Job Responsibility:
Expand network to attract new clients and nurture existing relationships
Collaborate with teams & client stakeholders to identify challenges and propose solutions
Re-engage clients for renewed partnerships
Conduct client meetings (including business trips) and C-level negotiations
Proactively resolve client issues and concerns
Drive pre-sales: develop/present strategic solutions and monitor outcomes
Hold presentations, delegate tasks, and coordinate cross-departmental strategy execution
Requirements:
Experience in combined roles of IT sales and account management for 5+ years
Proven track record of new business wins and long-term client development
Experience in attracting new clients and their long-term development
Excellent understanding of business processes, negotiation skills, and cross-functional coordination
CRM and proposal/RFP process experience
Level of English – from Upper - Intermediate and above
Nice to have:
Strong knowledge of the IT industry and how the major processes function
Technical knowledge with sufficient ability to dig deep into technical aspects of technology
