We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to lead sales efforts within North and East region. The RSM will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing strong customer relationships, and managing a high-performing sales team. This role requires strategic planning, market development, and effective sales execution to achieve business goals.
Job Responsibility
Develop and execute regional sales plans aligned with company goals
Identify new business opportunities and key accounts to expand market presence
Build relationships with key stakeholders, including OEMs, distributors, and end-users
Travel across the region extensively to develop new business opportunities and nurturing the existing customers
Drive sales growth and meet/exceed regional revenue targets
Track sales performance, analyze data, and implement corrective actions to achieve goals and provide monthly report to the management on weekly basis
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring long-term partnerships
Able to understand the relationship b/w OEM and End-user to provide tailored solution as per the customer requirements
Address customer needs, provide product demonstrations, and support technical discussions
Handle negotiations, pricing strategies, and contract closures
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
Provide insights and feedback to the management for strategic decision-making
Identify gaps in the market and suggest new product opportunities
Engage with application and support team to gain product knowledge to create impactful presentations to customers as per the projects
Conduct training sessions for the customer at site for knowledge transfer
Work closely with marketing, service, and application team for seamless operations
Requirements
Bachelor's/master's degree in engineering, business, or a related field
7+ years of sales experience in industrial equipment, lasers, or related B2B sectors
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Excellent presentation skills
Strategic thinking with data-driven decision-making
Ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects
